Service Description
Walk & Strength is a balanced, full-body workout that combines low-impact aerobic walking with strength training to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, and overall endurance. This class is beginner-friendly and suitable for all fitness levels, with options to adjust intensity. You’ll alternate between walking-based cardio and simple strength exercises using bodyweight or light equipment. Perfect for anyone who wants an effective workout that’s joint-friendly, approachable, and easy to stick with.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All classes, programs, and sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or approved scheduling platform. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Spots in classes and programs are limited and reserved specifically for you. Cancellation Policy Clients are responsible for managing their own bookings. Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled class or session. Cancellations made more than 1 hour before your session have no fee. Cancellations within 1 hour of your scheduled session will incur a $12 fee. Cancellations made within 15 minutes of your session, or no-shows, will incur a $15 fee. Late cancellations prevent that time from being offered to another client. Emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Memberships Memberships are billed according to the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Memberships may be canceled in accordance with the terms outlined in your membership agreement. Any required notice period must be honored. Unused classes do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your membership plan. Studio Safety For the safety of our members, studio doors will remain locked during class. This ensures a secure, distraction-free environment so everyone can focus fully on their workout. Please arrive a few minutes early, and if you need assistance, contact us ahead of time for a temporary code to access the building. Class Packages & Programs All class packages, workshops, series, and specialty programs: Are non-refundable Are non-transferable Must be used within the stated expiration period Hold no cash value Unused sessions expire and are forfeited after the expiration date. Refund Policy All purchases are final. SDG Fitness Studio does not offer refunds, transfers, or credits for: Memberships Class packages Programs or workshops Missed classes Scheduling conflicts Illness, injury, or personal circumstances Refunds will only be issued if required by law. Studio Cancellations If SDG Fitness Studio must cancel a class or session due to instructor availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a class credit or reschedule option. No cash refunds will be issued. Agreement By booking any service with SDG Fitness Studio, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
