Experience a modern twist on deep stretching in a non-stop, action-packed class that will take your strength, balance, and flexibility to the next level. Simple, consistent choreography and a casual setting make YO easy to follow and a total blast. Adaptable to all levels, YO will quickly become the stretch class you can’t live without! *Yoga mat required. Please bring your own mat.

Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy Booking All classes, sessions, and programs must be booked in advance through our approved booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking. Class sizes are limited, and your reservation holds your spot. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Clients are responsible for managing their own bookings. Cancel more than 1 hour before your scheduled class or session: No fee Cancel within 1 hour: $12 fee Cancel within 15 minutes or no-show: $15 fee Late cancellations prevent another client from using that spot. Emergency situations may be considered at SDG Fitness Studio's discretion. Unpaid Fees: Cancellation or no-show fees unpaid after 30 days from the invoice date will incur a $5 late fee, with an additional $5 every 30 days until paid in full. Memberships Memberships are billed according to the selected plan and may be canceled only as outlined in the membership agreement. Any required notice period applies. Unused classes do not roll over unless specifically stated. Class Packages & Programs Class packages, workshops, series, and specialty programs are non-refundable, non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used before their expiration date. Refund Policy All sales are final. SDG Fitness Studio does not provide refunds, transfers, or credits for memberships, class packages, programs, workshops, missed classes, scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, or personal circumstances, except where required by law. Studio Cancellations If SDG Fitness Studio cancels a class due to instructor illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a class credit or rescheduling option. No cash refunds will be issued. Studio Safety For member safety, studio doors remain locked during class. Please arrive a few minutes early. If you need access after class begins, contact us in advance for a temporary entry code. Agreement By booking any service with SDG Fitness Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
